Collei's Burst is her primary Dendro source. Maintain ~180–200% ER with Favonius Warbow or Sacrificial Bow. At C4+ her Burst matters even more — prioritize uptime.

Bountiful Core passive requires all-Dendro/Hydro party. Collei fills the second Dendro slot perfectly.
Primary Dendro applicator and team EM buffer via A4 passive. Collei supplements Nahida's Dendro application for denser Bloom seed generation.
Cuilein-Anbar provides supplemental off-field Dendro. Deepwood Memories on Collei reduces enemy Dendro RES by 30%, increasing Bloom seed DMG.

Collei throws a Floral Ring that deals Dendro DMG and returns to her, hitting enemies along the way. At C6, the ring also deals Dendro DMG on return. Generates 2 Dendro particles per cast.
Collei throws Cuilein-Anbar — a cat-shaped boomerang doll — that bounces around the field dealing AoE Dendro DMG to nearby enemies for its duration. Cuilein-Anbar is Collei's primary Dendro application tool; it remains active even when Collei is off-field.
If a party member triggers a Dendro reaction while Collei's Floral Ring is active, the ring's effect is extended by 3 seconds. Rewards teams with active Dendro reactions.
When Trump-Card Kitty ends, Collei creates a zone of Sprout petals that deal Dendro DMG every 2 seconds. An extension of Cuilein-Anbar's duration, providing additional Dendro after the doll finishes.

Small QoL. Not a pull target.
After any elemental reaction, Collei's Sprout state briefly persists, creating more Dendro application opportunities outside the Burst.

Each Cuilein-Anbar bounce creates an Explosive Blossom that detonates dealing AoE Dendro DMG. Significantly improves Dendro application frequency and total damage.

The most impactful Collei constellation. C4 noticeably improves her Dendro coverage in multi-target fights. Pull target for Collei investment.

Minor.
Floral Ring bounces twice instead of once, dealing more hits and Dendro applications. Extra particle generation reduces Burst ER requirements.

Solid improvement to her off-field Dendro output and energy efficiency. Good endgame constellation.
C0 is functional but noticeably weaker. Aim for C4 for meaningfully improved Dendro application in Bloom and Hyperbloom teams. First stop: C4.
