Freeze teams are very straight forward. You want to use a Main Cryo DPS and at least one Hydro. Characters such as Furina are very useful as they will greatly help with constant freeze, while also buffing and providing additional DMG. The last slot can be filled with either a Shield like Citlali, a Sub-DPS such as Chongyun, or a Cryo buffer like Shenhe.
Kaeya uses his consistent off-field Burst and short-cooldown Skill to maintain Cryo application for Freezing enemies. He benefits from the Blizzard Strayer set's massive CRIT Rate bonus in this archetype.
Rosaria provides Cryo Resonance and a CRIT Rate buff to Kaeya, while her consistent off-field Cryo application helps maintain Freeze uptime.
Ayaka acts as a powerful Cryo battery and secondary DPS, benefiting from Kaeya's energy generation while contributing massive Burst damage to the Freeze core.
Yelan provides the essential Hydro application required for Freeze while her passive progressively ramps up Kaeya's on-field damage throughout the rotation.
