Should You Pull?YES

Tighnari is the premier single-target Spread DPS, converting EM and CRIT into explosive Dendro Charged Attack damage via Spread reactions. He excels in quicken-based teams but struggles with AoE. Pull if you want a technically elegant Dendro DPS with high single-target damage; skip if you need AoE coverage.

Tighnari is a 5-star Dendro Bow character in Genshin Impact who deals significant Spread damage through his Charged Shots and Burst in quickswap playstyles.

Strengths

  • High single-target damage via Spread-amplified Charged Attacks
  • A1 passive dramatically shortens Charged Attack draw time after Skill
  • Strong self-sufficient kit — can deal solid damage without perfect team support
  • Now available on Standard banner — accessible to all players
  • Scales off both CRIT and EM, giving build flexibility

Weaknesses

  • Primarily single-target — poor AoE compared to other Dendro DPS options
  • Melee characters cannot Spread from range; enemies must be in range of his bow
  • Requires Electro teammate for Quicken/Spread — limits team flexibility
  • Power-crept by Alhaitham and Nahida in most team compositions

4pcAfter Elemental Skills or Bursts hit opponents, the targets' Dendro RES will be decreased by 30% for 8s. This effect can be triggered even when the equipping character is not on the field.
The Dendro RES shred from Deepwood's 4-Piece significantly amplifies Tighnari's Spread DMG. If a teammate (e.g., Nahida) holds Deepwood instead, Tighnari can use Gilded Dreams or Wanderer's Troupe for higher personal damage.

4pcWithin 8s of triggering an Elemental Reaction, the character equipping this will obtain buffs based on the Elemental Type of the other party members. ATK is increased by 14% for each party member whose Elemental Type is the same as the equipping character, and Elemental Mastery is increased by 50 for each party member with a different Elemental Type. Each of the aforementioned buffs will count up to 3 characters. This effect can be triggered once every 8s and even when the equipping character is not on the field.
When a teammate holds Deepwood Memories, Gilded Dreams becomes Tighnari's personal best set, providing substantial EM for Spread flat DMG. Use when the Dendro RES shred is covered by a support.

C1Beginnings Determined at the Roots

A flat +15% CRIT Rate to Charged Attacks. Frees up CRIT Rate substats for CRIT DMG. Excellent constellation.

Is it worth getting?

One of the best C1s for a 5★ DPS. Allows much more aggressive CRIT DMG investment. Worth pulling for if you enjoy him.

C2Origins Known from the Stem

Grants +60 EM after Skill use, and another +60 EM from hitting Quickened enemies — total +120 EM briefly. Boosts Spread flat damage.

Is it worth getting?

Good EM boost for Spread builds. Incremental improvement.

C3Fortunes Read Amongst the Branches

Increases Burst DMG and Clusterbloom Arrow scaling.

Is it worth getting?

Decent secondary damage increase. Not a priority pull reason.

C4Withering Glimpsed in the Leaves

Provides +60 EM to the whole party after Burst, scaling team-wide Spread and Aggravate reactions.

Is it worth getting?

Team-wide EM support adds value beyond his personal damage. Solid constellation for reaction teams.

C5Comprehension Amidst the Flowers

Improves Skill DMG and A1 Wreath Arrow quick-draw damage.

Is it worth getting?

Minor incremental gain. Low priority.

C6Karma Adjudged From the Leaves

Adds flat Dendro DMG equal to 70.2% of Tighnari's EM to every Wreath Arrow and Clusterbloom Arrow. A massive DPS increase at high EM builds — essentially a second Spread flat bonus per arrow.

Is it worth getting?

Transforms his already strong Charged Attack damage into an absolute powerhouse at high EM. Pull only if you are a dedicated Tighnari main.

C0 Tighnari is fully functional in Quicken Spread teams. C1 is highly recommended — the +15% Charged Attack CRIT Rate is a massive quality-of-life and damage upgrade.
