Strengths
- High single-target damage via Spread-amplified Charged Attacks
- A1 passive dramatically shortens Charged Attack draw time after Skill
- Strong self-sufficient kit — can deal solid damage without perfect team support
- Now available on Standard banner — accessible to all players
- Scales off both CRIT and EM, giving build flexibility
Weaknesses
- Primarily single-target — poor AoE compared to other Dendro DPS options
- Melee characters cannot Spread from range; enemies must be in range of his bow
- Requires Electro teammate for Quicken/Spread — limits team flexibility
- Power-crept by Alhaitham and Nahida in most team compositions
Talent Priority
Main source of damage or utility. Level to 10.
Level to 6–8 for meaningful gains.
Level minimally or skip.
Substat Priority
Nahida Skill → Fischl Skill (Oz) → Tighnari Skill → 3× Charged Attack (quick-draw) → Tighnari Burst → swap supports → repeat.
Nahida buffs and Deepwood shred → Electro support → Tighnari Skill → 3 quick Wreath Arrows → Burst. Dendro resonance provides bonus EM passively.
Without Nahida, Tighnari holds Deepwood Memories himself. Lower personal damage but team flexibility increases.
After Skill, immediately fire all 3 quick Wreath Arrows before the A1 passive expires. Then use Burst and swap to supports for their rotations. Keep Dendro RES shred from Deepwood active on enemies throughout.

The core Tighnari team: Electro characters apply Quicken, Tighnari's Charged Attacks trigger Spread for amplified Dendro DMG. Fischl and Beidou provide off-field Electro; Nahida or another Dendro source buffs the team.

Fires rapid Wreath Arrows on Quickened enemies to trigger Spread. Each Spread adds flat Dendro DMG based on his EM.

Oz provides consistent off-field Electro, enabling Quicken on enemies for Tighnari's Spread triggers.

Off-field Dendro marks and EM buff via Burst. Deepwood Memories holder — shreds Dendro RES while providing continuous Dendro application.

Off-field Electro Burst DMG when Tighnari's hits bounce chains. Hyperbloom and Aggravate sub-reactions add AoE damage.
Talents & Constellations
Talents
Standard 4-hit Bow Normal Attack. Charged Attacks fire Wreath Arrows that deal Dendro DMG and release 2 Clusterbloom Arrows tracking enemies. Wreath Arrows are the core damage source.
Fires a Vijnana Stormheart that deals AoE Dendro DMG and creates a field marking enemies. Triggers A1 passive immediately after use.
Fires 6 Tanglevine Shafts that deal Dendro DMG. On hit, fires an additional 6 Clusterbloom Arrows that track enemies. High burst of Dendro damage with good coverage.
After using Vijnana-Phala Mine, Tighnari's next 3 Charged Attacks have greatly reduced charge time. Enables a quick volley of 3 Wreath Arrows immediately after his Skill.
When a Wreath Arrow hits a target marked by Vijnana Stormheart, Tighnari's Elemental Mastery is increased by 50 for 8 seconds, stacking up to 4 times. Rewards accurate quick-draw volleys.
Constellations
A flat +15% CRIT Rate to Charged Attacks. Frees up CRIT Rate substats for CRIT DMG. Excellent constellation.
Is it worth getting?
One of the best C1s for a 5★ DPS. Allows much more aggressive CRIT DMG investment. Worth pulling for if you enjoy him.
Grants +60 EM after Skill use, and another +60 EM from hitting Quickened enemies — total +120 EM briefly. Boosts Spread flat damage.
Is it worth getting?
Good EM boost for Spread builds. Incremental improvement.
Increases Burst DMG and Clusterbloom Arrow scaling.
Is it worth getting?
Decent secondary damage increase. Not a priority pull reason.
Provides +60 EM to the whole party after Burst, scaling team-wide Spread and Aggravate reactions.
Is it worth getting?
Team-wide EM support adds value beyond his personal damage. Solid constellation for reaction teams.
Improves Skill DMG and A1 Wreath Arrow quick-draw damage.
Is it worth getting?
Minor incremental gain. Low priority.
Adds flat Dendro DMG equal to 70.2% of Tighnari's EM to every Wreath Arrow and Clusterbloom Arrow. A massive DPS increase at high EM builds — essentially a second Spread flat bonus per arrow.
Is it worth getting?
Transforms his already strong Charged Attack damage into an absolute powerhouse at high EM. Pull only if you are a dedicated Tighnari main.
C0 Tighnari is fully functional in Quicken Spread teams. C1 is highly recommended — the +15% Charged Attack CRIT Rate is a massive quality-of-life and damage upgrade.
Alternatives to Tighnari
Not sure Tighnari is right for you? Compare against other characters to find your best pull.

Superior AoE Dendro with off-field presence and EM buffs; outperforms Tighnari in most team compositions.

Higher DPS ceiling in Spread/Quicken teams with better AoE; more complex rotation.

Free 4★ Dendro support; much lower damage ceiling but accessible for early Dendro applications.
