- Provides both a Hydro and Dendro RES Shred.
- Can allow Bloom-based reactions to crit. Something previously only available with Nahida's C2.
- You lose the ability for Bloom-based reactions to Crit if you use multiple Nod-Krai characters.
- Healing is entirely locked behind C1 which provides a very significant change to team-building.

His off-field Pyro application ensures that the Burning aura is maintained, which is essential for Kinich's 'Hunter's Mark' mechanics. This synergy allows Kinich to stay safe and deal high damage through both his personal skills and Burgeon procs.
With Lauma
Lauma benefits from Thoma's defensive shielding and consistent Pyro application, which help her stay healthy and trigger powerful elemental reactions. Thoma's off-field Pyro allows Lauma to focus on her own damage while providing a stable Pyro aura for Vaporize or Melt teams.
