Her Burst generates Cryo particles that charge Eula's expensive 80-cost Burst, her passive shares up to 15% CRIT Rate with the party, and her A4 passive shreds Physical RES — all three effects directly amplify every Lightfall Sword hit.
With Mika
Mika is purpose-built for Eula. His Skill grants Eula an ATK Speed buff that lets her land more Normal Attacks before the Lightfall Sword detonates, his Burst buffs Physical DMG%, and his healing frees up the fourth team slot from needing a dedicated healer. The pairing is the clearest Mika use-case in the game.
