Flins's Best Team composition. Columbina is Flins second-best teammate and by far his strongest Hydro option. Ineffa is currently the best teammate Flins can have.

Acts as the Lunar-Charge DPS who converts high Attack and Elemental Mastery into damage by triggering Electro-Hydro reactions.

Columbina is Flins second-best teammate and by far his strongest Hydro option. She provides excellent off-field Hydro application and massive Lunar-Charge buffs for the entire team, while also serving as an additional way to activate Ascendant Gleam. Columbina can also hold Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers to provide Flins with a powerful ATK buff, further increasing his damage output.

Ineffa is currently the best teammate Flins can have. She provides a strong shield, reliable off-field Electro application, and additional damage. Ineffa also grants Elemental Mastery to Flins through her passive Panoramic Permutation Protocol.

Boosts team Elemental Mastery and groups enemies to facilitate reaction consistency for Flins's charges.

Additionally, when Flins is in the party, the party's Moonsign will increase by 1 level.

The basic cooldown of the special Elemental Skill Northland Spearstorm is reduced to 4s. Additionally, when party members trigger Lunar-Charged reactions, Flins will recover 8 Elemental Energy. This effect can occur once every 5.5s.

Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam: While Flins is on the field, after his Electro attacks hit an opponent, that opponent's Electro RES will be decreased by 25% for 7s.
