As mentioned before, Jean has the ability to keep Furina's Fanfare stacks up, making them good teammates. The two other slots can be filled with a powerful main DPS such as Neuvillette or Raiden Shogun for example, and a Sub-DPS. As long as they can benefit from Jean's healing and Furina's Hydro application, it will be a good choice.
Jean acts as the primary healer and driver, utilizing her Burst to provide instant team-wide healing to stack Furina's Fanfare. She also uses the Viridescent Venerer set to shred Hydro RES for Neuvillette and Furina.
Neuvillette deals massive Hydro damage that scales with HP, benefiting from the Hydro Resonance and Furina's DMG buffs. He acts as a primary damage source alongside Jean's support.
Furina provides a continuous DMG buff and off-field Hydro application. Her synergy with Jean is excellent, as Jean's team-wide healing quickly maximizes Furina's Fanfare stacks.
Fischl contributes high off-field Electro damage and generates particles to lower the team's energy requirements. Her Electro application allows for Electro-Charged reactions, adding further chip damage.

- Jean releases a blast of Anemo damage, launching her opponents backwards from her position. - When using charged attacks you command a whirlwind to pull opponents into single spot, holding them there as long as you have stamina.
Jean creates a Dandelion Field of healing and Anemo damage that strikes opponents constantly, at the same time she heals all allies with HP scaled from her ATK.
