Inazuma's Geo hypercarry vs. Nod-Krai's Lunar-Crystallize DPS.
Pick Itto if…
Pick Zibai if…
Both are on-field Geo hypercarries with DEF-scaling kits, but their team structures diverge completely. Itto needs Gorou and a full Geo core to hit his ceiling; Zibai needs Columbina and Linnea for Lunar teams. In their respective best teams, Zibai generally edges ahead in peak damage output at v6.7. Itto remains the more comfortable pick if you already own Gorou and prefer a simpler rotation.
Itto
Zibai
With Itto
Near-mandatory. Three-Geo Gorou gives Itto full DEF% + Geo DMG% + interruption resistance. One of the tightest two-character synergies in the game.
With Zibai
Solid DEF% buff for Zibai's Skill and Stride hits. Less dominant than in Itto teams but still a strong filler in triple-Geo lineups.
With Itto
Classic Itto core member — provides the third Geo for Gorou's full buff, consistent off-field Skill damage, and EM buff via Burst.
With Zibai
Supplies the third Geo for Gorou, adds EM for Zibai's Lunar-Crystallize scaling, and contributes off-field Skill hits throughout the rotation.
With Itto
Provides a shield and Geo Resonance. Competes with Albedo for the flex Geo slot but offers better survivability.
With Zibai
Universal shield lets Zibai stay on-field comfortably through Lunar Phase Shift without losing stacks to knockback.
