Not only is this a free-to-play option, since we were all given this weapon as a prelaunch campaign reward, but the Finishing Call is also arguably Snowshine's best in slot weapon. It grants a slight Secondary Attribute bonus as well as a decent bump to her Combo skill HP treatment effect, which plays into her kit extremely well as an emergency HP Treatment machine.
