Strengths
- Best off-field Electro applier in the game — Oz applies Electro every 0.9s without any field time
- Enables Aggravate, Quicken, Electro-Charged, Superconduct, and Hyperbloom with minimal investment
- A4 passive fires Oz at enemies whenever any Electro reaction triggers — near-constant off-field DPS
- 4★ — permanently available on Standard banner; every account should have her
- Extremely versatile — fits any team needing off-field Electro
Weaknesses
- Fischl’s C1 is only relevant to on-field Physical DPS builds, but even then, it is not optimal since high Oz uptime is preferred for both more damage and energy generation.
- The AoE Electro damage when summoning Oz is increased by 200% of her ATK. This is a 200% additive increase to her talent multipliers and only affects Oz’s initial summon.
- Increases the Talent Level of Fischl’s Skill by 3. Fischl’s second-best Constellation due to Oz making up a significant portion of her damage for both off-field and on-field DPS builds.
- At the initial cast of her Burst, Fischl’s C4 provides an additional instance of Burst damage in a small AoE. Additionally, Fischl will heal herself when her transformation ends.
- Increases the Talent Level of Fischl’s Burst by 3. This does not increase her C4 damage, but does increase the damage dealt when Fischl comes in contact with an enemy during her Burst transformation.
- Fischl’s best Constellation. C6 extends Oz’s uptime by 2s and causes Oz to perform coordinated Electro attacks when the on-field character uses a Normal Attack.
Talent Priority
Main source of damage or utility. Level to 10.
Level minimally or skip.
Substat Priority
Cast Skill → swap to main DPS → use Burst at end of rotation to refresh Oz. Keep Oz active 100% of the time.
Skill → swap to Tartaglia → Fischl Burst at rotation end. Tartaglia's fast Normal Attacks proc C1 Oz hits on every swing.
Fischl Skill → Nahida Skill/Burst → DPS on field. A4 passive fires Oz hits every time Aggravate triggers — uptime is near-constant.
Fischl needs ~130–150% ER if cycling Burst every rotation to refresh Oz. With Golden Troupe and C2, Oz uptime improves significantly.

Healer
Fischl provides the core Electro off-field application in Aggravate teams. Dendro characters apply Quicken, and Fischl's Oz converts every Dendro/Electro hit into Aggravate triggers. Cyno or Keqing serve as the on-field Electro DPS amplified by Aggravate.

Primary Aggravate DPS. His Burst extends the reaction window; Fischl's Oz applies consistent Electro alongside his hits for continuous Aggravate.

Best Dendro applicator. Her Skill marks enemies for Quicken; any Electro hit triggers Aggravate on those enemies, massively buffing Cyno's DMG.

Oz applies Electro every 0.9s, ensuring Aggravate procs on Nahida's Dendro-marked enemies even when Cyno can't attack. A4 passive fires extra Oz attacks on reaction triggers.

Heals the team while maintaining Dendro application. His shields and healing keep Cyno alive during his extended Burst window.
Talents & Constellations
Talents
Standard 5-shot bow combo with a Charged Attack that fires a fully-aimed Electro shot after a brief charge time. Rarely used in rotations — Fischl's role is to deploy Oz and swap out.
Summons Oz, the Night Raven, who deals Electro DMG every 0.9s for 10s. If Oz is already out, using the Skill again moves Oz to the current position. This is Fischl's entire kit — Oz deals consistent off-field Electro DMG that scales with her ATK and Skill level.
Fischl transforms into Oz, dashing and dealing massive Electro DMG to all enemies in her path. After the transformation ends, Oz remains on the field for the remaining duration. This is primarily used to reposition Oz or reset his timer when the Skill cooldown hasn't expired yet.
When a Charged Attack hits Oz, Oz strikes back with a special Thundering Retribution hit on the target, dealing Electro DMG equal to 152.7% of Fischl's ATK. A niche interaction — rarely exploited in standard rotations.
When another character in the party triggers an Electro-related reaction (Electro-Charged, Superconduct, Overloaded, Quicken, Aggravate, etc.), Oz will strike the enemy responsible for an additional Electro hit. This effectively means Fischl contributes Electro DMG every time any team reaction occurs — massively amplifying her off-field contribution in reaction-heavy teams.
Constellations
Each Normal Attack hit by the active on-field character triggers an additional Oz attack, dealing Electro DMG equal to 22% of Fischl's ATK. This dramatically increases Oz's total DPS in teams where the main DPS attacks frequently.
Is it worth getting?
Significant DPS increase, especially in fast-hitting teams (Tartaglia, Keqing). Strong C1 worth aiming for.
Extends Oz's active duration to 12 seconds, improving uptime and reducing the reliance on Burst to cover the gap between Skill casts.
Is it worth getting?
Good QoL — better Oz uptime. Nice to have but not a reason to pull.
Directly increases Oz's damage by boosting Nightrider's talent level. Solid incremental improvement.
Is it worth getting?
Solid damage boost. Worthwhile constellation.
Adds a large burst of Electro DMG during the transformation and provides Fischl with self-healing. Slightly better Burst damage and survivability.
Is it worth getting?
Useful upgrade. Not a targeted pull but welcome.
Increases Midnight Phantasmagoria's level for higher transformation damage.
Is it worth getting?
Minor. Burst is not Fischl's primary DPS source.
Oz attacks in sync with the active character's Normal Attack hits AND grants 30% Electro DMG Bonus to the active character for 1s on each hit. This transforms Fischl into one of the best off-field supports for Electro DPS characters.
Is it worth getting?
C6 is an enormous power spike — Oz effectively attacks twice per hit cycle and buffs the active Electro DPS. Worth reaching if you play Fischl frequently.
C0 Fischl is already one of the best off-field supports in the game. No constellations are required to make her excellent.
Alternatives to Fischl
Not sure Fischl is right for you? Compare against other characters to find your best pull.

Strong alternative in multi-hit teams (Tartaglia). Fischl provides more consistent single-target Electro; Beidou excels in AoE.

5★ alternative with higher personal damage but requires more field time for setup. Less accessible than Fischl.

Provides healing alongside Electro application. Less raw DPS than Fischl but adds sustain.
