Fischl is the easier, cheaper off-field Electro for teams that don't need ER support. Raiden does everything Fischl does — and much more — at the cost of being a 5★. If your team is energy-hungry or you want a versatile character who can serve as both battery and main DPS, Raiden is the stronger pull. If you just need an Electro applier and have no ER problem, Fischl is a perfectly sufficient permanent-pool alternative.

- Fischl’s C1 is only relevant to on-field Physical DPS builds, but even then, it is not optimal since high Oz uptime is preferred for both more damage and energy generation.
- The AoE Electro damage when summoning Oz is increased by 200% of her ATK. This is a 200% additive increase to her talent multipliers and only affects Oz’s initial summon.
- Increases the Talent Level of Fischl’s Skill by 3. Fischl’s second-best Constellation due to Oz making up a significant portion of her damage for both off-field and on-field DPS builds.
Raiden Shogun
- Unmatched team battery — restores energy to all party members after her Burst
- Passive off-field Electro DMG and Burst DMG buff from her Skill
- On-field Burst damage is extremely high with proper ER investment
- Requires very high ER% (250–300%) for maximum Burst output — heavy investment in ER substats
- Burst restores limited energy if team Burst costs are low — needs high-cost Burst teammates
- On-field Burst window (7 hits) is time-locked and cannot be extended

Fischl enables Taser (Electro-Charged) teams with Xingqiu. Oz's constant hits proc Electro-Charged on Xingqiu's Hydro, creating a passive reaction loop that doesn't require field time.
With Raiden Shogun
Raiden + Xingqiu is an off-field enabler duo. Raiden provides Electro, Xingqiu provides Hydro — together they create consistent Electro-Charged procs without either character needing on-field time.
