Fischl vs Yae Miko

Efficient off-field bird vs. high-damage Kitsune turrets

TL;DR — Quick Pick

Pick Fischl if…

  • When you need a battery for another Electro unit
  • In Aggravate teams (her A4 passive is broken there)
  • If you prefer minimal field time and fast rotations

Pick Yae Miko if…

  • For raw off-field damage and high Burst nuking
  • In AFK teams or those with longer rotation windows
  • When you can provide her with enough Energy Recharge
Verdict

Fischl is often technically superior due to her energy generation and A4 passive in Dendro teams. Yae Miko offers higher personal damage and a massive Burst but demands more field time and energy support.

Strengths & Weaknesses

Fischl

Strengths
  • Best off-field Electro applier in the game — Oz applies Electro every 0.9s without any field time
  • Enables Aggravate, Quicken, Electro-Charged, Superconduct, and Hyperbloom with minimal investment
  • A4 passive fires Oz at enemies whenever any Electro reaction triggers — near-constant off-field DPS
Weaknesses
  • Fischl’s C1 is only relevant to on-field Physical DPS builds, but even then, it is not optimal since high Oz uptime is preferred for both more damage and energy generation.
  • The AoE Electro damage when summoning Oz is increased by 200% of her ATK. This is a 200% additive increase to her talent multipliers and only affects Oz’s initial summon.
  • Increases the Talent Level of Fischl’s Skill by 3. Fischl’s second-best Constellation due to Oz making up a significant portion of her damage for both off-field and on-field DPS builds.

Yae Miko

Strengths
  • Has multiple playstyles.
  • Works incredibly well with the new Stellar-Conduct reaction.
  • Elemental Skill has wide attack range and can hit multiple enemies.
Weaknesses
  • Using Elemental burst in non-Stellar teams can be clunky to use.
  • Elemental Burst has a high Energy Cost and long cooldown duration.

With Fischl

Nahida's Elemental Skill applies the Seed of Skandha, which triggers Dendro damage whenever Fischl's Oz procs a reaction. This synergy constantly activates Fischl's A4 passive, 'Undone Be Thy Sinful Hex,' for a massive increase in Electro DPS.

With Yae Miko

Nahida provides a massive EM buff through her Elemental Burst, which directly increases the damage of Yae Miko's Sesshou Sakura turrets. Her consistent Dendro application ensures that Yae Miko can trigger Aggravate reactions on every possible hit.
