Industry 0.1 is a basic 4-star weapon for Last Rite, granting her Attack after using her Battle Skill, ideally right before you build up enough Cryo Infliction stacks for her Combo Skill to trigger.

For a 4 Star Option, Industry 0.1 will work well. The fact is though that with the availability of 5 Star options, and the fact that all players were given Finishing Call for free, this weapon should only ever really be used in a leveling situation if ever and replaced with something better as soon as possible.
