Helminth over Ravenous — Teeming Virulence crits and Parasitic Link tanking while a weapon buff and guns clear. Larva optional grouping.

Passive abilities

No shields — Mutation stacks fuel everything. Undying spends stacks to cheat death. Parasitic Link can attach to companions; Parasitic Vitality turns stacks into a massive health pool. Arcane Persistence pairs well once armor is high enough.

Active abilities

  • 1 Virulence — Fungal line that refunds energy and builds stacks. Teeming Virulence adds primary crit chance.
  • 2 Larva — Group enemies. Larva Burst detonates the ball for scalable damage.
  • 3 Parasitic Link — Link for Strength/DR or companion buffs. Parasitic Vitality converts stacks to health.
  • 4 Ravenous — Maggot nest that heals. Insatiable accelerates Mutation stacking.
