Strengths & Weaknesses

Fugue

Strengths
  • Ultimate “Solar Splendor Shines Upon All” hits every enemy on the field in one cast—time it for the carry’s damage window instead of casting on cooldown out of habit.
  • Skill “Virtue Beckons Bliss” applies DEF shred / Exposed for the team—that is how Fugue applies pressure between Ultimates.
  • Fugue can implant or force Fire-relevant Weakness from the kit itself—Break and Toughness routes stay online even when the MoC line-up did not list Fire.
Weaknesses
  • Several Fugue effects roll “base chance”—without enough Effect Hit Rate, Exposed/Shock/DEF shred simply misses on tanky bosses and the rotation feels empty.
  • Buff windows on “Solar Splendor Shines Upon All” are short—casting them when the carry cannot attack wastes the CRIT DMG/ATK amp for a full cycle.
  • Fugue’s Skill is often the expensive part of the rotation; SP-negative teams force Basic ATKs and you lose the advance/amp that made the unit worth playing.

The Dahlia

Strengths
  • Ultimate “Wallow... Entombed Ash” hits every enemy on the field in one cast—level this before polishing filler traces.
  • “Lick... Enkindled Betrayal” Blast-hits the main target plus adjacent enemies, so adjacent elites still take meaningful chip without waiting for Ultimate.
  • Talent “Who's Afraid of Constance?” fires Follow-Up ATKs off ally Basics—stack management is the real rotation, not just Skill spam.
Weaknesses
  • “Who's Afraid of Constance?” Follow-Ups only fire after the Charge/HP conditions are met—wasting Skill or over-healing can strand The Dahlia below the Follow-Up threshold for a full cycle.
  • If Energy or Skill Points starve “Wallow... Entombed Ash”, The Dahlia spends turns on Basics and the kit’s advertised multipliers never show up on the combat log.
  • Spamming “Lick... Enkindled Betrayal” every turn without watching Skill Points strands the rest of the team—The Dahlia is often the SP sink.
