Should You Pull?YES

Yes for Break—Fugue is the premium Nihility Break enabler. Ultimate “Solar Splendor Shines Upon All” cuts Toughness while ignoring Weakness Type. Best with Firefly / Rappa / Boothill / The Dahlia / Lingsha. Nihility Break support (not Harmony)—pairs with Super Break carries. Skip when you’re not running Break DPS.

Fugue is a 5★ Fire Nihility Support. Skill “Virtue Beckons Bliss” is the primary in-combat spend. Ultimate “Solar Splendor Shines Upon All” is the payoff window for damage or team utility. This Phase 1 page covers kit text, gear targets, and pull notes—team comps stay empty until Phase 2.

Strengths

  • Ultimate “Solar Splendor Shines Upon All” hits every enemy on the field in one cast—time it for the carry’s damage window instead of casting on cooldown out of habit.
  • Skill “Virtue Beckons Bliss” applies DEF shred / Exposed for the team—that is how Fugue applies pressure between Ultimates.
  • Fugue can implant or force Fire-relevant Weakness from the kit itself—Break and Toughness routes stay online even when the MoC line-up did not list Fire.
  • DEF shred from “Virtue Beckons Bliss” multiplies every ally’s damage for the duration—Fugue is doing amp work, not only personal DPS.

Weaknesses

  • Several Fugue effects roll “base chance”—without enough Effect Hit Rate, Exposed/Shock/DEF shred simply misses on tanky bosses and the rotation feels empty.
  • Buff windows on “Solar Splendor Shines Upon All” are short—casting them when the carry cannot attack wastes the CRIT DMG/ATK amp for a full cycle.
  • Fugue’s Skill is often the expensive part of the rotation; SP-negative teams force Basic ATKs and you lose the advance/amp that made the unit worth playing.
  • Spamming “Virtue Beckons Bliss” every turn without watching Skill Points strands the rest of the team—Fugue is often the SP sink.

Light Cones

1
Long Road Leads Home

5★ · Path cone

Increases the wearer's Break Effect by 0.6%. When an enemy target's Weakness gets broken, there is a 1% base chance to inflict the "Charring" state on it, which increases its Break DMG taken by 0.18%, lasting for 2 turn(s). This effect can stack 2 time(s).

Why it works —Signature / best-in-slot when owned—passive lines up with Fugue’s kit triggers.

2
Incessant Rain

4
Boundless Choreo

4★ · Path cone

Increase the wearer's CRIT Rate by 0.08%. The wearer deals 0.24% more CRIT DMG to enemies that are currently Slowed or have reduced DEF.

Deals Fire DMG equal to 140% of Fugue's ATK to one designated enemy.

Single TargetFire
SkillVirtue Beckons Bliss

Grants one designated ally "Foxian Prayer". Enters the "Torrid Scorch" state, lasting for 3 turn(s). The duration decreases by 1 at the start of Fugue's every turn. "Foxian Prayer" only takes effect on the most recent target of Fugue's Skill. The ally target with "Foxian Prayer" increases their Break Effect by 38% and can also reduce Toughness even when attacking enemies that don't have the corresponding Weakness Type, with the effect equivalent to 50% of the original Toughness Reduction value. This cannot stack with other Toughness Reduction effects that also ignore Weakness Type. While in the "Torrid Scorch" state, Fugue enhances her Basic ATK. Every time an ally target with "Foxian Prayer" attacks, Fugue has a 100% base chance to reduce the attacked enemy target's DEF by 23%, lasting for 2 turn(s).

SupportFire
UltimateSolar Splendor Shines Upon All
