Should You Pull?SITUATIONAL

Situational—Pela’s AoE DEF shred is still a universal 4★ staple. Ultimate “Zone Suppression” hits every enemy on the field in one cast. Best with Acheron / Jingliu / The Herta. Ult DEF shred; EHR ~67% for Exposed. Skip when you never need a budget shredder (rare).

Pela is a 4★ Ice Nihility Debuffer. Skill “Frostbite” is the primary in-combat spend. Ultimate “Zone Suppression” is the payoff window for damage or team utility. This Phase 1 page covers kit text, gear targets, and pull notes—team comps stay empty until Phase 2.

Strengths

  • Ultimate “Zone Suppression” hits every enemy on the field in one cast—level this before polishing filler traces.
  • Skill “Frostbite” strips enemy buffs while dealing Ice damage—cleanse utility that most pure DPS kits simply do not have.
  • Talent “Data Collecting” refunds a meaningful chunk of Energy inside the Skill—good play literally shortens Ult cooldown.
  • DEF shred from “Zone Suppression” multiplies every ally’s damage for the duration—Pela is doing amp work, not only personal DPS.

Weaknesses

  • Several Pela effects roll “base chance”—without enough Effect Hit Rate, Exposed/Shock/DEF shred simply misses on tanky bosses and the rotation feels empty.
  • As a 4★ Nihility unit, Pela is easy to gear for early/mid game but usually loses the niche race to a modern limited option once that banner is built.
  • Spamming “Frostbite” every turn without watching Skill Points strands the rest of the team—Pela is often the SP sink.
  • If “Zone Suppression” is still offline at the end of a MoC cycle, the build is usually Energy/ERR or rotation order—not a missing CRIT roll.

Light Cones

1
Incessant Rain

5★ · Path cone

Increases the wearer's Effect Hit Rate by 0.24%. When the wearer deals DMG to an enemy that currently has 3 or more debuffs, increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 0.12%. After the wearer uses their Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, there is a 1% base chance to implant Aether Code on a random hit target that does not yet have it. Targets with Aether Code receive 0.12% increased DMG for 1 turn.

Why it works —Strong Nihility option for Pela; use while farming or if signature is unavailable.

2
Patience Is All You Need

5★ · Path cone

Increases DMG dealt by the wearer by 0.24%. After every attack launched by wearer, their SPD increases by #3[f1]%, stacking up to 3 times. If the wearer hits an enemy target that is not afflicted by Erode, there is a 100% base chance to inflict Erode to the target. Enemies afflicted with Erode are also considered to be Shocked and will receive Lightning DoT at the start of each turn equal to 0.6% of the wearer's ATK, lasting for 1 turn(s).

Why it works —Flexible alternative on the same path—equip if you already own it at higher superimposition.

3
Good Night and Sleep Well

4★ · Path cone

For every debuff the target enemy has, the DMG dealt by the wearer increases by 0.12%, stacking up to 3 time(s). This effect also applies to DoT.

Why it works —Best accessible option for most accounts—raise superimposition when copies drop.

4
Boundless Choreo

4★ · Path cone

Increase the wearer's CRIT Rate by 0.08%. The wearer deals 0.24% more CRIT DMG to enemies that are currently Slowed or have reduced DEF.

Why it works —Budget path cone—fine while building the account.

Whale ceiling: After Pela attacks, if the enemy target is debuffed, deals Ice Additional DMG equal to 40% of Pela's ATK to the enemy. Only chase if Pela is your dedicated Nihility main and E0–E2 already feel finished.

Pela is fully usable at E0. Dedicated mains often stop at E4 before chasing higher. First stop: E4. Endgame target: E4.
