Should You Pull?SITUATIONAL

Situational—Silver Wolf implants Weakness and shreds. Ultimate “User Banned” rolls a base-chance debuff that wants Effect Hit Rate. Best with Acheron / Seele / Archer / Qingque. Best when implant enables mono-element or Acheron stacks. Skip when Cipher/Pela already cover shred and you don’t need implants.

Silver Wolf is a 5★ Quantum Nihility Debuffer. Skill “Allow Changes?” is the primary in-combat spend. Ultimate “User Banned” is the payoff window for damage or team utility. This Phase 1 page covers kit text, gear targets, and pull notes—team comps stay empty until Phase 2.

Strengths

  • Ultimate “User Banned” rolls a base-chance debuff that wants Effect Hit Rate—level this before polishing filler traces.
  • Skill “Allow Changes?” implants element Weakness so Break stays online off-element—that is how Silver Wolf applies pressure between Ultimates.
  • Silver Wolf can implant or force Quantum-relevant Weakness from the kit itself—Break and Toughness routes stay online even when the MoC line-up did not list Quantum.
  • DEF shred from “User Banned” multiplies every ally’s damage for the duration—Silver Wolf is doing amp work, not only personal DPS.

Weaknesses

  • Several Silver Wolf effects roll “base chance”—without enough Effect Hit Rate, Exposed/Shock/DEF shred simply misses on tanky bosses and the rotation feels empty.
  • If Energy or Skill Points starve “User Banned”, Silver Wolf spends turns on Basics and the kit’s advertised multipliers never show up on the combat log.
  • Spamming “Allow Changes?” every turn without watching Skill Points strands the rest of the team—Silver Wolf is often the SP sink.
  • If “User Banned” is still offline at the end of a MoC cycle, the build is usually Energy/ERR or rotation order—not a missing CRIT roll.

Light Cones

1
Incessant Rain

5★ · Path cone

Increases the wearer's Effect Hit Rate by 0.24%. When the wearer deals DMG to an enemy that currently has 3 or more debuffs, increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 0.12%. After the wearer uses their Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, there is a 1% base chance to implant Aether Code on a random hit target that does not yet have it. Targets with Aether Code receive 0.12% increased DMG for 1 turn.

Why it works —Signature / best-in-slot when owned—passive lines up with Silver Wolf’s kit triggers.

2
Patience Is All You Need

5★ · Path cone

Increases DMG dealt by the wearer by 0.24%. After every attack launched by wearer, their SPD increases by #3[f1]%, stacking up to 3 times. If the wearer hits an enemy target that is not afflicted by Erode, there is a 100% base chance to inflict Erode to the target. Enemies afflicted with Erode are also considered to be Shocked and will receive Lightning DoT at the start of each turn equal to 0.6% of the wearer's ATK, lasting for 1 turn(s).

Why it works —Flexible alternative on the same path—equip if you already own it at higher superimposition.

3
Good Night and Sleep Well

4★ · Path cone

For every debuff the target enemy has, the DMG dealt by the wearer increases by 0.12%, stacking up to 3 time(s). This effect also applies to DoT.

Why it works —Best accessible option for most accounts—raise superimposition when copies drop.

4
Boundless Choreo

4★ · Path cone

Increase the wearer's CRIT Rate by 0.08%. The wearer deals 0.24% more CRIT DMG to enemies that are currently Slowed or have reduced DEF.

Why it works —Budget path cone—fine while building the account.

Deals Quantum DMG equal to 140% of Silver Wolf's ATK to one designated enemy.

Single TargetQuantum
SkillAllow Changes?

There is a 90% base chance to add 1 Weakness of an on-field character's Type to the target enemy. This also reduces the enemy's DMG RES to that Weakness Type by 20% for 2 turn(s). If the enemy already has that Type Weakness, the effect of DMG RES reduction to that Weakness Type will not be triggered. Each enemy can only have 1 Weakness implanted by Silver Wolf. When Silver Wolf implants another Weakness to the target, only the most recent implanted Weakness will be kept. In addition, there is a 100% base chance to further reduce the All-Type RES of the enemy by 11.3% for 2 turn(s). Deals Quantum DMG equal to 245% of Silver Wolf's ATK to this enemy.

Single TargetQuantum
UltimateUser Banned

There's a 108% base chance to decrease the target enemy's DEF by 49.5% for 3 turn(s). And at the same time, deals Quantum DMG equal to 456% of Silver Wolf's ATK to the target enemy.

Single TargetQuantum
TalentAwaiting System Response...

Silver Wolf can create three types of Bugs: Reduce ATK by 12.5%, reduce DEF by 10.0%, and reduce SPD by 7.5%. Every time Silver Wolf attacks, she has a 78% base chance to implant a random Bug that lasts for 3 turn(s) in an enemy target.

ImpairQuantum
TechniqueForce Quit Program

Immediately attacks the enemy. After entering battle, deals Quantum DMG equal to 80% of Silver Wolf's ATK to all enemies, and ignores Weakness Types and reduces Toughness from all enemies. Enemies with their Weakness Broken in this way will trigger the Quantum Weakness Break effect.

Is it worth getting?

Modest E1: Refunds Energy when the listed trigger fires. Helpful padding, not a build-defining unlock.

When an enemy enters combat, reduces their Effect RES by 20%.

Is it worth getting?

Kit add-on: Pads Effect RES during the enhanced state. Evaluate against your supports—pull only if that specific clause solves a problem you actually hit.

Is it worth getting?

Side-grade: After using her Ultimate to attack enemies. Happy if it drops; not a planned stopping point.

Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Is it worth getting?

Ultimate + Basic ATK levels only (+2). Skip as a goal—grab it if you overshoot toward E6, never hard-pity for it.

E6Overlay Network

For every debuff the enemy target has, the DMG dealt by Silver Wolf to it increases by 20%, up to a max increase of 100%.

Is it worth getting?

Whale ceiling: For every debuff the enemy target has. Only chase if Silver Wolf is your dedicated Nihility main and E0–E2 already feel finished.

Silver Wolf is fully usable at E0. Dedicated mains often stop at E0 before chasing higher. First stop: E0. Endgame target: E0.
