Should You Pull?YES

Yes for Break teams—The Dahlia is near-mandatory for modern Toughness. Ultimate “Wallow.. Entombed Ash” hits every enemy on the field in one cast. Best with Firefly / Boothill / Rappa / Fugue. Break-oriented Nihility; weak outside Super Break/Break cores. Skip when you’re not committing to Break carries.

The Dahlia is a 5★ Fire Nihility Debuffer. Skill “Lick... Enkindled Betrayal” is the primary in-combat spend. Ultimate “Wallow... Entombed Ash” is the payoff window for damage or team utility. This Phase 1 page covers kit text, gear targets, and pull notes—team comps stay empty until Phase 2.

Strengths

  • Ultimate “Wallow... Entombed Ash” hits every enemy on the field in one cast—level this before polishing filler traces.
  • “Lick... Enkindled Betrayal” Blast-hits the main target plus adjacent enemies, so adjacent elites still take meaningful chip without waiting for Ultimate.
  • Talent “Who's Afraid of Constance?” fires Follow-Up ATKs off ally Basics—stack management is the real rotation, not just Skill spam.
  • DEF shred from “Wallow... Entombed Ash” multiplies every ally’s damage for the duration—The Dahlia is doing amp work, not only personal DPS.

Weaknesses

  • “Who's Afraid of Constance?” Follow-Ups only fire after the Charge/HP conditions are met—wasting Skill or over-healing can strand The Dahlia below the Follow-Up threshold for a full cycle.
  • If Energy or Skill Points starve “Wallow... Entombed Ash”, The Dahlia spends turns on Basics and the kit’s advertised multipliers never show up on the combat log.
  • Spamming “Lick... Enkindled Betrayal” every turn without watching Skill Points strands the rest of the team—The Dahlia is often the SP sink.
  • If “Wallow... Entombed Ash” is still offline at the end of a MoC cycle, the build is usually Energy/ERR or rotation order—not a missing CRIT roll.

Light Cones

1
Never Forget Her Flame

5★ · Path cone

Increases the wearer's Break Effect by 0.6%. When entering combat, increases Break DMG dealt by the wearer and another teammate who triggered combat by 0.32%. If there is no teammate who triggered combat, applies this effect to the wearer and the teammate with the highest Break Effect. Effects of the same type cannot be stacked. When the wearer applies Weakness to an enemy target, recovers 1 Skill Point. This effect can only trigger once. And resets this trigger count when using Ultimate.

Why it works —Signature / best-in-slot when owned—passive lines up with The Dahlia’s kit triggers.

2
Incessant Rain

5★ · Path cone

Increases the wearer's Effect Hit Rate by 0.24%. When the wearer deals DMG to an enemy that currently has 3 or more debuffs, increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 0.12%. After the wearer uses their Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, there is a 1% base chance to implant Aether Code on a random hit target that does not yet have it. Targets with Aether Code receive 0.12% increased DMG for 1 turn.

Why it works —Flexible alternative on the same path—equip if you already own it at higher superimposition.

3
Good Night and Sleep Well

4★ · Path cone

For every debuff the target enemy has, the DMG dealt by the wearer increases by 0.12%, stacking up to 3 time(s). This effect also applies to DoT.

Why it works —Best accessible option for most accounts—raise superimposition when copies drop.

4
Boundless Choreo

4★ · Path cone

Increase the wearer's CRIT Rate by 0.08%. The wearer deals 0.24% more CRIT DMG to enemies that are currently Slowed or have reduced DEF.

Why it works —Budget path cone—fine while building the account.

Traces & Eidolons

Traces

Basic ATKFiddle... Fissured Memory

Deals Fire DMG equal to 140% of The Dahlia's ATK to one designated enemy.

Single TargetFire
SkillLick... Enkindled Betrayal

Deploys a Zone that lasts for 3 turn(s). This duration decreases by 1 at the start of The Dahlia's turn. Then, deals Fire DMG equal to 200% of The Dahlia's ATK to one designated enemy and their adjacent targets. While the Zone lasts, increases all allies' Weakness Break Efficiency by 50%. Toughness Reduction taken by enemy targets while not Weakness Broken can also be converted into Super Break DMG.

BlastFire
UltimateWallow... Entombed Ash

Inflicts a "Wilt" state on all enemies, lasting for 4 turn(s). Then, deals Fire DMG equal to 360% of The Dahlia's ATK, which is distributed evenly across all enemies. Enemy targets in the "Wilt" state have their DEF reduced by 23.0% and will be implanted with Weakness of all Dance Partners' Types.

AoEFire
TalentWho's Afraid of Constance?

When entering combat, The Dahlia regenerates 35 Energy and becomes "Dance Partners" along with the teammate that triggered combat. Whenever there is no other "Dance Partner" on the field, this unit and the teammate with the highest Break Effect become "Dance Partners" together. After a "Dance Partner" attacks a Weakness Broken enemy target, the Toughness Reduction from this attack will be converted into 1 instance of Super Break DMG at 75%. After an enemy target gets attacked by the other "Dance Partner," The Dahlia launches Follow-Up ATK and deals 5 instance(s) of DMG, each dealing Fire DMG equal to 38% of The Dahlia's ATK to one random enemy. After each instance of DMG dealt to a Weakness Broken enemy target, the Toughness Reduction from this DMG will be converted into 1 instance of Super Break DMG at 250%. This effect can only trigger once per turn. If the target is defeated before the Follow-Up ATK is used, it will be launched at one random enemy instead.

BounceFire
TechniqueThe Heart Makes the Finest Tomb

After using Technique, creates a Special Dimension that lasts for 20 second(s). Enemies within this dimension will not actively attack ally targets. After entering combat with enemies in the Special Dimension, The Dahlia immediately deploys her Skill's Zone, and converts the combat-triggering Toughness Reduction into 1 instance of Super Break DMG at 60% against enemy targets that are Weakness Broken. Only 1 Dimension Effect created by allies can exist at the same time.

E1When a Bud Readies to Bloom

The Super Break DMG multiplier provided by Talent to "Dance Partners" now applies to all ally characters, with "Dance Partners" additionally receiving a 40% boost. This effect can only trigger once per enemy target, and this trigger count resets after the enemy target receives a killing blow.
