Passive abilities

Koumei rolls dice — lucky triples empower abilities. A rotating weapon-buff passive feeds Omikuji's Fortune cooldown reduction on kills. Status spam from Kumihimo and Bunraku stacks Arcane Impetus hard.

Active abilities

  • 1 Kumihimo — Destiny threads that apply many statuses. Kumihimo Loading is the ammo/reload augment.
  • 2 Omikuji — Challenge for decrees. Omikuji's Fortune cuts cooldown when you kill with the passive-buffed weapon.
  • 3 Omamori — Charm stacks that can negate damage — RNG tanking that fits the dice theme.
  • 4 Bunraku — Bind enemies as puppets and flood statuses. High casting-speed comfort.
