She is not a generalist filler; she is the buffer you add when those specific comps are what you are building. Freedom to Proselytize
Freedom to Proselytize is Xaihi's signature weapon, greatly boosting her raw output by increasing her Main attributes and healing, with an additional HP treatment effect for the Controlled Operator. While it is a purely defensive option, the extra healing can be very nice on Operators that want to take damage on purpose, or are more vulnerable to taking damage due to long animations or always being in melee.

The LYNX set bonus grants the wearer a sizeable HP Treatment Efficiency boost. Additionally, when overhealing by restoring more HP than the character was missing, she provides a sizable damage mitigation effect to them.

Why it works —Freedom to Proselytize is Xaihi's signature weapon, greatly boosting her raw output by increasing her Main attributes and healing, with an additional HP treatment effect for the Controlled Operator. While it is a purely defensive option, the extra healing can be very nice on Operators that want to take damage on purpose, or are more vulnerable to taking damage due to long animations or always being in melee.

Secondary Attribute +10/18/28%. When the wielder applies an Arts Burst, target enemy suffers Arts DMG Taken +9/16.2/25.2% for 15.00s. Effects of the same name cannot stack.
Why it works —A DPS Support option for Xaihi. This weapon will help scale her Intellect to boost the Cryo Amp and Nature Amp effects from her Stack Overflow Ultimate.

Max HP +10/18/28%. When the wielder casts an ultimate, operators whose elements differ from the wielder gain ATK +8/14.4/22.4% for 20.00s. Effects of the same name cannot stack.
Why it works —Another DPS Support option for Xaihi. Similar to the Detonation Unit, it provides boosts to her Cryo Amp and Nature Amp effects via main-stat scaling, while also granting operators of other elements an ATK bonus.

Treatment Efficiency +10/18/28%. After the wielder's skill provides HP treatment, the entire team gains ATK +9/16.2/25.2% for 15.00s. Effects of the same name cannot stack.
Why it works —Chivalric Virtues increases HP Treatment (Healing) Efficiency, and grants the entire team an Attack% bonus whenever they restore HP. This is a perfect choice for a supportive character like Xaihi, acting as not just a sustain, but also helping boost the team's damage output.
Gear
LYNX is Xaihi's BiS. Treatment Efficiency directly scales her heals, and overheal converts into DMG Reduction for the ally — exactly what a dedicated healer wants.

Team Compositions
Xaihi buffer seat: Arcane damage/setup, Tangtang stop, Gilberta Susceptibility — Xaihi's Amp makes those dumps count.
Xaihi is the Cryo/Arts buffer — Amp and element buffs so Arcane, Last Rite, or Yvonne dumps are real.
Arcane either dumps Nature/Cryo damage in INT form or groups and applies Susceptibility in WILL form. Beside Xaihi, she is the setup/burst flex that creates a clean window to spend.
Tangtang's Ultimate is a full-screen time-stop. Cast it so Xaihi (and the rest of the squad) can dump skills safely without the wave moving out of position.
Gilberta applies Arts Susceptibility and Nature enablement, then amps the dump with her Ultimate. She is the premium Arts support seat next to Xaihi.

BASIC ATTACK: An attack with up to 5 sequences that deals Cryo DMG. As the controlled operator, Final Strike also deals 15 Stagger. DIVE ATTACK: Basic attack performed in mid-air becomes a dive attack that deals Cryo DMG to nearby enemies. FINISHER: Basic attack performed near a Staggered enemy becomes a finisher that deals massive Cryo DMG and recovers some SP.
SKILL DESCRIPTION: Summons an Auxiliary Crystal that orbits the controlled operator for a while. After the controlled operator performs a Final Strike on the enemy, the Auxiliary Crystal will restore the said operator's HP. This effect can trigger 2 times. The attribute of Will increases the amount of HP treatment. When the controlled operator is already at Max HP when triggering the HP restoration, grant the said operator a temporary Arts Amp as well. This effect cannot stack.
COMBO TRIGGER: When the Auxiliary Crystal uses up its HP treatments. SKILL DESCRIPTION: Quickly charges up the Auxiliary Crystal and launches it at the enemy to deal Cryo DMG and Cryo Infliction.
