Tangtang’s full-screen time-stop Ultimate is why so many top Monument teams want her — Arcane, Last Rite, Yvonne, and Rossi-adjacent comps all use that freeze frame. She is less personal DPS and more the button that lets every other kit dump safely. Pull if you are assembling any of those teams and lack a comparable stop tool; holding the banner makes sense only when your account already runs a finished clear that never needed her window.
Tangtang is a 6★ Cryo Main DPS (Handcannon). The Boss of Qingbo Stockade's rotation is a little more interesting than others.
Weapon
Brigand's Calling
Tangtang's Signature Weapon from the "Budding Anew" Arsenal Exchange. This weapon raises Tangtang's baseline damage by sharply boosting her Attack and Cryo Damage across all sources.
Gear Set
Bonekrusha
Tangtang's best 5-star gear set. In addition to providing Tangtang with the perfect stats, the set effect will stack up damage for her Battle Skill, and increase her Cryo Damage across the board.

Agility Boost [L] · Attack Boost [L]
Cryo DMG Dealt +16/28.8/44.8%. When the wielder applies Cryo Infliction via battle skills or ultimates, the wielder gains Cryo DMG Dealt +20/36/56% for 20.00s. When the wielder's battle skill or ultimate applies Arts Susceptibility, the target enemy suffers Arts DMG Taken +6/10.8/16.8% for 20.00s. The two effects apply separately and do not stack with themselves.
Why it works —Tangtang's Signature Weapon from the "Budding Anew" Arsenal Exchange. This weapon raises Tangtang's baseline damage by sharply boosting her Attack and Cryo Damage across all sources.

Agility Boost [L] · Cryo DMG Boost [L]
ATK +7/12.6/19.6%. For 20.00s after the wielder casts a combo skill, the wielder's next battle skill gains Cryo and Nature DMG Dealt +8/14.4/22.4%. Max stacks for effects of the same name: 2.00. Duration of each stack is counted separately.
Why it works —Tangtang's Secondary Signature Weapon from the "Dark Currents" Protocol Pass. This weapon raises Tangtang's damage by feeding into her core cycle of abilities used.

Agility Boost [M] · Arts Boost [M]
Critical Rate +3/5.4/8.4%. When the wielder applies an Arts Reaction, the wielder gains ATK +7.5/13.5/21% for 20.00s. Max stacks for effects of the same name: 2.00. Duration of each stack is counted separately. Effect only triggers once every 0.1s.
Why it works —A generic 5-star Agility Handcannon. This weapon will boost Tangtang's Arts DMG and Critical Rate.

Strength Boost [S] · Arts Boost [S]
When the wielder casts a combo skill, the wielder gains ATK +12/21.6/33.6% for 20.00s. Effects of the same name cannot stack.
Why it works —A generic 4-star Strength Handcannon. This weapon will boost Tangtang's Arts DMG.

Bonekrusha is Tangtang's BiS. Perfect Agility/Strength rolls plus a Battle Skill DMG stack after Combo casts, with Cryo DMG sprinkled across the pieces for her whirlpool loop.

Xaihi buffer seat: Arcane damage/setup, Tangtang stop, Gilberta Susceptibility — Xaihi's Amp makes those dumps count.

Tangtang is the Ult stop tool — time-stop so every carry on the team can dump without the wave scattering.
Arcane either dumps Nature/Cryo damage in INT form or groups and applies Susceptibility in WILL form. Beside Tangtang, she is the setup/burst flex that creates a clean window to spend.
Xaihi is the Cryo/Arts buffer seat — Amp from Battle Skill and team Cryo/Nature amp from Ultimate so Tangtang's damage windows are actually buffed.
Gilberta applies Arts Susceptibility and Nature enablement, then amps the dump with her Ultimate. She is the premium Arts support seat next to Tangtang.
BASIC ATTACK: An attack with up to 5 sequences that deals Cryo DMG. As the controlled operator, Final Strike also deals 18 Stagger. DIVE ATTACK: Basic attack performed in mid-air becomes a dive attack that deals Cryo DMG to nearby enemies. FINISHER: Basic attack performed near a Staggered enemy becomes a finisher that deals massive Cryo DMG and recovers some SP.
SKILL DESCRIPTION: Tangtang jumps out from the water and fires a point-blank shot that deals Cryo DMG to the enemy and creates a Waterspout. Casting the battle skill also consumes all nearby Whirlpools to create additional Waterspouts and return some SP based on the number of Waterspouts created. Waterspout: Applies 1 stack of Cryo Infliction on enemies within range and deals Cryo DMG over time. If the battle skill creates multiple Waterspouts, they also apply Arts Susceptibility to enemies (but not another stack of Cryo Infliction). DMG dealt by the Waterspout is treated as Battle Skill DMG.
COMBO TRIGGER: When applying Cryo Infliction or dealing Arts Burst DMG to an enemy. SKILL DESCRIPTION: Tangtang unleashes a powerful jet stream that penetrates all enemies in its path, deals Cryo DMG to them, and creates a Whirlpool. Up to 2 Whirlpools can exist in the battlefield at any time.
SKILL DESCRIPTION: Tangtang opens her eyepatch and unleashes an OLDEN STARE from her eye that temporarily locks down, immobilizes, and deals Cryo DMG over time to enemies within its area of effect. When the OLDEN STARE stops evolving, a rogue wave comes crashing down to deal massive Cryo DMG to enemies in its area of effect. If the controlled operator performs a dive attack in the OLDEN STARE pattern, its evolution ends and the rogue wave is summoned immediately to deal even more Cryo DMG.
Operator Agility +20.
When within a 5-meter radius of a Whirlpool, allied operators gain 20% Haste while enemies suffer 40% Slow. These effects persist for 3s after leaving the area of effect.
During OLDEN STARE, performing a dive attack with the controlled operator ends its evolution early and creates a Waterspout. All nearby Whirlpools are also consumed and converted into additional Waterspouts. Waterspouts created this way have the same effects as those created by the battle skill IMA WAVERIDAAH! and gain DMG Dealt +60%.
Combo skill RIVER, TO ME! improved: DMG Multiplier is increased to 1.2 times of the original. Length of cooldown -2s. Battle skill IMA WAVERIDAAH! improved: For every Whirlpool consumed and converted into a Waterspout, return 5 additional SP.
