Should You Pull?SITUATIONAL

Situational—Herta deletes PF adds and batteries The Herta. Ultimate “It's Magic, I Added Some Magic” hits every enemy on the field in one cast. Best with The Herta / Himeko / Robin. Talent needs enemies crossing 50% HP; weak in true ST. Skip when you never play PF and have Jade for The Herta.

Herta is a 4★ Ice Erudition Main DPS. Skill “One-Time Offer” is the primary in-combat spend. Ultimate “It's Magic, I Added Some Magic” is the payoff window for damage or team utility. This Phase 1 page covers kit text, gear targets, and pull notes—team comps stay empty until Phase 2.

Strengths

  • “It's Magic, I Added Some Magic” hits every enemy on the field in one cast, so Herta stays relevant when MoC and Pure Fiction spawn multiple targets.
  • Talent “Fine, I'll Do It Myself” fires Follow-Up ATKs off ally Basics—damage keeps flowing even when Herta is not the active turn.
  • Skill “One-Time Offer” hits every enemy on the field in one cast—this is the spend that keeps the rotation honest.
  • Technique “It Can Still Be Optimized” buffs allies’ damage for a short window—skipping it is free damage left on the table.

Weaknesses

  • Follow-Ups from “Fine, I'll Do It Myself” need allies who actually Basic ATK on schedule—freeze/CC on the team stalls Herta’s off-turn damage.
  • As a 4★ Erudition unit, Herta is easy to gear for early/mid game but usually loses the niche race to a modern limited option once that banner is built.
  • Spamming “One-Time Offer” every turn without watching Skill Points strands the rest of the team—Herta is often the SP sink.
  • If “It's Magic, I Added Some Magic” is still offline at the end of a MoC cycle, the build is usually Energy/ERR or rotation order—not a missing CRIT roll.
