Should You Pull?SITUATIONAL

Situational standard—Himeko shines in PF/Break AoE. Ultimate “Heavenly Flare” hits every enemy on the field in one cast. Best with Fugue / Ruan Mei / Herta / Robin. Follow-ups need Breaks; weak in pure single-target. Skip when you have limited Fire Erudition covering PF.

Himeko is a 5★ Fire Erudition Main DPS. Skill “Molten Detonation” is the primary in-combat spend. Ultimate “Heavenly Flare” is the payoff window for damage or team utility. This Phase 1 page covers kit text, gear targets, and pull notes—team comps stay empty until Phase 2.

Strengths

  • “Heavenly Flare” hits every enemy on the field in one cast, so Himeko stays relevant when MoC and Pure Fiction spawn multiple targets.
  • “Molten Detonation” Blast-hits the main target plus adjacent enemies, so adjacent elites still take meaningful chip without waiting for Ultimate.
  • Talent “Victory Rush” fires Follow-Up ATKs off ally Basics—damage keeps flowing even when Himeko is not the active turn.
  • When you own “Night on the Milky Way”, Himeko’s damage or utility ceiling jumps because the cone was written around this kit’s triggers—not a generic path stick.

Weaknesses

  • Follow-Ups from “Victory Rush” need allies who actually Basic ATK on schedule—freeze/CC on the team stalls Himeko’s off-turn damage.
  • E0 without “Night on the Milky Way” is still clearable, but the gap versus a signature copy is larger than a single eidolon for most Erudition carries—plan the cone before deep eidolon hunting.
  • Spamming “Molten Detonation” every turn without watching Skill Points strands the rest of the team—Himeko is often the SP sink.
  • If “Heavenly Flare” is still offline at the end of a MoC cycle, the build is usually Energy/ERR or rotation order—not a missing CRIT roll.
