Should You Pull?SITUATIONAL

Situational—Moze is a Lightning Hunt FUA partner. Ultimate “Dash In, Gash Out” builds into self-triggered Follow-Up ATKs. Best with Feixiao / Robin / Topaz. Departed FUA wants a strong main FUA carry. Skip when you lack Feixiao-class FUA cores.

Moze is a 4★ Lightning The Hunt Sub-DPS. Skill “Fleetwinged Raid” is the primary in-combat spend. Ultimate “Dash In, Gash Out” is the payoff window for damage or team utility. This Phase 1 page covers kit text, gear targets, and pull notes—team comps stay empty until Phase 2.

Strengths

  • “Dash In, Gash Out” dumps a huge single-target Lightning multiplier into one elite—boss and Apocalyptic Shadow checks are where this Ultimate earns its trace levels.
  • Talent “Cascading Featherblade” fires Follow-Up ATKs off ally Basics—damage keeps flowing even when Moze is not the active turn.
  • Skill “Fleetwinged Raid” Marks a designated single enemy target as "Prey" and deals to it Lightning DMG equal to 188% of Moze's ATK—this is the spend that keeps the rotation honest.
  • Technique “Bated Wings” grants Stealth for overworld routing and still applies a combat buff on pull-in—exploration and opener in one tool.

Weaknesses

  • “Dash In, Gash Out” is single-target—multi-wave Pure Fiction asks the rest of the team to clear trash while Moze focuses the elite.
  • Follow-Ups from “Cascading Featherblade” need allies who actually Basic ATK on schedule—freeze/CC on the team stalls Moze’s off-turn damage.
  • As a 4★ The Hunt unit, Moze is easy to gear for early/mid game but usually loses the niche race to a modern limited option once that banner is built.
  • Spamming “Fleetwinged Raid” every turn without watching Skill Points strands the rest of the team—Moze is often the SP sink.

Traces & Eidolons

Traces

Basic ATKHurlthorn

Deals Lightning DMG equal to 140% of Moze's ATK to one designated enemy target.

Single TargetLightning
SkillFleetwinged Raid

Marks a designated single enemy target as "Prey" and deals to it Lightning DMG equal to 188% of Moze's ATK, and gains 9 points of Charge. When there are no other characters on the field that are capable of combat, Moze cannot use his Skill and dispels the enemy's "Prey" state.

Single TargetLightning
UltimateDash In, Gash Out

Deals Lightning DMG equal to 324% of Moze's ATK to one designated enemy target, and launches the Talent's Follow-Up ATK against this target. If the target is defeated before this Follow-Up ATK is used, then launches the Follow-Up ATK against a random single enemy instead.

Single TargetLightning
TalentCascading Featherblade

When "Prey" exists on the field, Moze will enter the Departed state. After ally targets attack "Prey," Moze will additionally deal 1 instance of Lightning Additional DMG equal to 38% of his ATK and consumes 1 point of Charge. For every 3 point(s) of Charge consumed, Moze launches 1 Follow-Up ATK to "Prey," dealing Lightning DMG equal to 200% of his ATK. When Charge reaches 0, dispels the target's "Prey" state and resets the tally of Charge points required to launch Follow-Up ATK. Talent's Follow-Up ATK does not consume Charge.

Single TargetLightning
TechniqueBated Wings

After using Technique, enters the Stealth state for 20 second(s). While in Stealth, Moze is undetectable by enemies. If Moze attacks enemies to enter combat while in Stealth, increases DMG by 30%, lasting for 2 turn(s).

After entering battle, Moze regenerates 20 Energy. Each time the Additional DMG from his Talent is triggered, Moze regenerates 2 Energy.

Is it worth getting?

Small 4★ bump: Refunds Energy when the listed trigger fires. Take dupes when they appear on rate-up; never the reason you pull the banner.

E2Wrathbearer

When all allies deal DMG to the enemy target marked as "Prey," increases CRIT DMG by 40%.

Is it worth getting?

Stat-leaning E2: Flat combat-stat bump tied to a specific trigger. Clear damage, but it does not rewrite Moze’s rotation the way a mechanic eidolon would.

E3Deathchaser

Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.

Ultimate + Talent levels only (+2). Free if you roll into it; never spend currency aiming for E3.

E4Heathprowler

When using Ultimate, increases the DMG dealt by Moze by 30.0%, lasting for 2 turn(s).

Is it worth getting?

Side-grade: When using Ultimate, increases the DMG dealt by Moze by 30.0%, lasting for 2 turn(s). Happy if it drops; not a planned stopping point.

E5TruthbenderSkip

Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Is it worth getting?

Skill + Basic ATK levels only (+2). Skip as a goal—grab it if you overshoot toward E6, never hard-pity for it.

E6Faithbinder

Increases the DMG multiplier of the Talent's Follow-Up ATK by 25%.

Is it worth getting?

Whale ceiling: Increases the DMG multiplier of the Talent's Follow-Up ATK by 25%. Only chase if Moze is your dedicated The Hunt main and E0–E2 already feel finished.

Moze is fully usable at E0. Dedicated mains often stop at E6 before chasing higher. First stop: E6. Endgame target: E6.
