Should You Pull?SITUATIONAL

Situational—Seele is a Quantum Hunt specialist. Ultimate “Butterfly Flurry” enters an Amplification / extra-turn damage window. Best with Sparkle / Silver Wolf / Fu Xuan. Resurgence wants kills; struggles vs unkillable elites. Skip when Archer/Castorice already cover Quantum DPS. Value is nostalgia/coverage more than current endgame priority.

Seele is a 5★ Quantum The Hunt Main DPS. Skill “Sheathed Blade” is the primary in-combat spend. Ultimate “Butterfly Flurry” is the payoff window for damage or team utility. This Phase 1 page covers kit text, gear targets, and pull notes—team comps stay empty until Phase 2.

Strengths

  • Ultimate “Butterfly Flurry” enters an Amplification / extra-turn damage window—most of the kit’s damage lives inside that window, not on filler Basics.
  • “Resurgence” enters an Amplification / extra-turn damage window—cleaving a trash mob can snowball into another full Skill/Ult cycle.
  • Skill “Sheathed Blade” dumps a large single-target multiplier into one elite—this is the spend that keeps the rotation honest.
  • Technique “Phantom Illusion” grants Stealth for overworld routing and still applies a combat buff on pull-in—exploration and opener in one tool.

Weaknesses

  • E0 without “In the Night” is still clearable, but the gap versus a signature copy is larger than a single eidolon for most The Hunt carries—plan the cone before deep eidolon hunting.
  • Extra-turn and single-target Ultimate patterns shine on bosses but stall in Pure Fiction unless adds die fast enough to proc the talent loop.
  • Spamming “Sheathed Blade” every turn without watching Skill Points strands the rest of the team—Seele is often the SP sink.
  • If “Butterfly Flurry” is still offline at the end of a MoC cycle, the build is usually Energy/ERR or rotation order—not a missing CRIT roll.

E1Extirpating Slash

When dealing DMG to an enemy whose HP percentage is 80% or lower, increases CRIT Rate by 15%.

Is it worth getting?

Modest E1: Flat combat-stat bump tied to a specific trigger. Helpful padding, not a build-defining unlock.

E2Dancing Butterfly

The SPD Boost effect of Seele's Skill can stack up to 2 time(s).

Is it worth getting?

Stat-leaning E2: The SPD Boost effect of Seele's Skill can stack up to 2 time(s). Clear damage, but it does not rewrite Seele’s rotation the way a mechanic eidolon would.

E3Dazzling Tumult

Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.

Is it worth getting?

Skill + Talent levels only (+2). Free if you roll into it; never spend currency aiming for E3.

E4Flitting Phantasm

Seele regenerates 15 Energy when she defeats an enemy.

Is it worth getting?

Side-grade: Refunds Energy when the listed trigger fires. Happy if it drops; not a planned stopping point.

E5Piercing ShardsSkip

Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Is it worth getting?

Ultimate + Basic ATK levels only (+2). Skip as a goal—grab it if you overshoot toward E6, never hard-pity for it.

E6Shattering Shambles

After attacking with Ultimate, Seele inflicts "Butterfly Flurry" on the attacked enemy target for 1 turn(s). Enemies in "Butterfly Flurry" will additionally take 1 instance of Quantum Additional DMG equal to 15% of Seele's Ultimate DMG every time they are attacked. If the target is defeated by the "Butterfly Flurry" state's Additional DMG triggered by other allies' attacks, Seele's Talent will not be triggered. When Seele is knocked down, the "Butterfly Flurry" inflicted on the enemies will be removed.

Is it worth getting?

Whale ceiling: After attacking with Ultimate, Seele inflicts "Butterfly Flurry" on the attacked enemy target for 1 turn(s). Only chase if Seele is your dedicated The Hunt main and E0–E2 already feel finished.

Seele is fully usable at E0. Dedicated mains often stop at E0 before chasing higher. First stop: E0. Endgame target: E0.
