Should You Pull?SITUATIONAL

Situational standard—Clara counters for Physical FUA. Ultimate “Promise, Not Command” Blast-hits the main target plus adjacent enemies. Best with Robin / Tingyun / Huohuo / Sparkle. Needs enemy attacks; avoid aggro-stealing tanks. Skip when Yunli/Phainon already cover Physical DPS.

Clara is a 5★ Physical Destruction Main DPS. Skill “Svarog Watches Over You” is the primary in-combat spend. Ultimate “Promise, Not Command” is the payoff window for damage or team utility. This Phase 1 page covers kit text, gear targets, and pull notes—team comps stay empty until Phase 2.

Strengths

  • Ultimate “Promise, Not Command” Blast-hits the main target plus adjacent enemies—level this before polishing filler traces.
  • Skill “Svarog Watches Over You” hits every enemy on the field in one cast—this is the spend that keeps the rotation honest.
  • Talent “Because We're Family” Under the protection of Svarog, DMG taken by Clara when hit by enemy attacks is reduced by 10%—ignore it and Clara plays like a worse generic Destruction unit.
  • Technique “A Small Price for Victory” opens by hitting the pack on pull-in—use it before every MoC wave, not only in the overworld.

Weaknesses

  • E0 without “Something Irreplaceable” is still clearable, but the gap versus a signature copy is larger than a single eidolon for most Destruction carries—plan the cone before deep eidolon hunting.
  • If Energy or Skill Points starve “Promise, Not Command”, Clara spends turns on Basics and the kit’s advertised multipliers never show up on the combat log.
  • Spamming “Svarog Watches Over You” every turn without watching Skill Points strands the rest of the team—Clara is often the SP sink.
  • If “Promise, Not Command” is still offline at the end of a MoC cycle, the build is usually Energy/ERR or rotation order—not a missing CRIT roll.

E1A Tall Figure

Using Skill will not remove Marks of Counter on the enemy.

Is it worth getting?

Modest E1: Using Skill will not remove Marks of Counter on the enemy. Helpful padding, not a build-defining unlock.

E2A Tight Embrace

After using the Ultimate, ATK increases by 30% for 2 turn(s).

Is it worth getting?

Stat-leaning E2: Flat combat-stat bump tied to a specific trigger. Clear damage, but it does not rewrite Clara’s rotation the way a mechanic eidolon would.

E3Cold Steel Armor

Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.

Is it worth getting?

Skill + Basic ATK levels only (+2). Free if you roll into it; never spend currency aiming for E3.

E4Family's Warmth

After Clara is hit, the DMG taken by Clara is reduced by 30%. This effect lasts until the start of her next turn.

Is it worth getting?

Side-grade: After Clara is hit, the DMG taken by Clara is reduced by 30%. Happy if it drops; not a planned stopping point.

E5A Small PromiseSkip

Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.

Is it worth getting?

Ultimate + Talent levels only (+2). Skip as a goal—grab it if you overshoot toward E6, never hard-pity for it.

E6Long Company

After other allies are attacked, Svarog also has a 50% fixed chance to trigger a Counter on the attacker and mark them with a "Mark of Counter." When using Ultimate, the number of Enhanced Counters increases by 1.

Is it worth getting?

Whale ceiling: After other allies are attacked. Only chase if Clara is your dedicated Destruction main and E0–E2 already feel finished.

Clara is fully usable at E0. Dedicated mains often stop at E1 before chasing higher. First stop: E1. Endgame target: E1.
